Outpatient Program
Individuals suffering from eating disorders usually require a team of professionals to aid in their recovery. Finding the right treatment team can be the most crucial step in an individual's recovery. Depending on each individual's unique needs, a treatment team may consist of a therapist, a registered dietician, a psychiatrist, and a primary care physician. Our multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, counselors and registered dieticians provides comprehensive outpatient services including:
- Consultations
- Medication evaluation and management
- Individual therapy
- Nutrition counseling
- Family/Couples therapy
- Group therapy
- Monthly family/friends support group
- Referral to physicians with specialty in the field of eating disorders
Each client has an individualized treatment plan specifically designed to meet his or her needs. The treatment aims to normalize eating and understand the underlying issues that have contributed to the development of a self-destructive means of coping.
Here are two other support groups we run for the public:

Participants will also learn about ways to effectively problem solve and support each other in moving towards recovery.
